The explosive situation in Corona has put the common people in tension along with the central and state governments. Precautionary measures such as lockdown and night curfew are being taken to break the corona infection chain. But at the uncontrollable pace of Corona, there is no break at the moment.
The second wave of Corona continues to wreak havoc. The number of corona infections is increasing rapidly in every state. The situation has become so bad that patients are not able to get to bed in the hospital, there is a shortage of oxygen and medicines. Alam is that corona patients are dying outside the hospital itself. Today is the eighth consecutive day when more than three and a half lakh corona cases have been registered in the country. In the last 24 hours, 3 lakh 82 thousand 315 new cases of corona have been reported in the country, while a record 3780 corona infected have been killed in one day.
According to the data released this morning by the Union Health Ministry, 3,82,315 new cases of corona have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours while 3780 corona patients have died. During this period, 3 lakh 38 thousand 439 people have been able to beat the corona infection. So far, the total number of discharged patients has gone up to 1 crore 69 lakh 51 thousand 731. With this, the number of active cases has increased to 34 lakh 87 thousand 229 in the country. With this, the number of dead in the country has increased to 2 lakh 26 thousand 188.
According to the information given by the ministry, at present the active cases in the country are 17.00 per cent, discharge 81.91% and the cases of the dead are 1.10 per cent. With this, it was reported that 14,84,989 people were vaccinated in the country on Tuesday, after which the total number of vaccinations increased to 16,04,94,188. At the same time, ICMR said that on Tuesday, 15,41,299 people were screened.
