The number of corona cases has not increased significantly compared to the previous day, but even today the number of corona patients has exceeded 40,000. According to the data released by the Ministry of Health this morning, 1 thousand 311 new corona infections have been reported in the country in the last 2 hours, and 511 patients have died due to this infection. After getting new corona patients, now the total number of infected people in the country has reached 3 crore 16 lakh 55 thousand 824. The good news is that so far 3 crore 8 lakh 20 thousand 521 people have recovered from Corona and returned home. There are 4 lakh 10 thousand 952 active cases of corona in the country. At the same time, 4 lakh 24 thousand 351 people lost their lives due to corona.
Currently, there are 408,920 active cases of corona in the country, which is 1.29 per cent of the total cases. At the same time, the recovery rate increased to 97.37 percent. Corona’s weekly positive rate is currently 2.42 percent, while the daily positive rate is 2.34 percent. So far, more than 46.64 crore samples have been tested in the country.
So far 47,02,98,596 people have been vaccinated in the country. In the last 2 hours, 0,15,8 people have been vaccinated against coronavirus.
These are the most affected states
If we look at the most affected states, so far 63,03,715 people have been found infected in Maharashtra and 1,32,791 have died.
So far 33,90,761 people have been found infected and 16,781 people have died in Kerala, which is the most affected state.
Similarly, Karnataka with 29,05,124 cases and 36,562 deaths and Tamil Nadu with 25,59,597 cases and 34,076 deaths are the next two most affected states.
