Create the project ‘Vamonos de Pinta’

Cuernavaca, Morelos.- The Council of Science and Technology of the State of Morelos and the Morelos Center for Science Communication (CeMoCC) created the project “Vamonos de Pinta”.
Its objective was to bring the research institutes closer to more than 135 high secondary level youth from the schools: Technical Vocational Education (CONLEP) and High Schools of the State of Morelos (COBEM) campuses 01 and 02, as well as the Center for Technical Studies, Industrial and Services ( CETis) and the private universities of Guijar and Valencia.
In this regard, Andrea Angelica Ramirez Paulin, in charge of the CCyTEM office and director of the Moralense Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer (CemiTT), pointed out that the visits aroused the students’ interest in science, technology and the different branches. innovation.
He pointed out that the facilities he was able to visit are those of the Autonomous University of the State of Morelos (UAEM), Centers: Research in Biodiversity and Conservation (CIByC), Chemical Research (CIQ), Research in Engineering and Applied Sciences (CIQ) Were from CIICAP), as well as Research in Cellular Dynamics (CIDC).
In addition, from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), the Center for Genomic Sciences (CCG) and the Institute of Biotechnology (IBT), both located in the Chamilpa campus of UAEM.
“The aim of this initiative is to link many high school students to the more than 40 institutions dedicated to the generation of new knowledge present in Morelos and thus to have an additional option for their professional development,” said the CCyTEM Office Manager.
