Deepotsav In Ayodhya: The grand Deepotsav is celebrated on Friday on the eve of Diwali in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has also arrived to attend the event. Here he worshiped at the site of Ram’s birthplace. Apart from this, Aarti was performed on Rama’s paadi. Rama’s paadi was decorated with 5.51 lakh earthen lamps on the ghats and painted the ‘Durbar’ of Rama Lala. Ayodhya was fully illuminated by this light. On the occasion, devotees prayed to the artists dressed as Rama, Sita and Lakshmana. Jairakaras named Shriram were echoing all around. A colorful laser show was performed on the banks of the Saryu River on the occasion of Deepotsav. During this, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Governor Anandiben Patel pressed the button and launched a virtual Deepotsav web portal so that devotees can join the event.

Speaking at the Deepotsav ceremony, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said on Friday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has fulfilled the wishes of devotees from all over the world by taking the initiative to construct the Ram temple. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made the construction of Ram temple possible even during the epidemic. We are grateful to Ayodhya for fulfilling his dream. For many generations, everyone had the same wish that, if they could see the construction work of the grand temple of Lord Shri Rama, they would be blessed with birth and life. This dream has come true due to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

CM said that this whole event is an example of this
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also said that despite global pandemic corona virus, I welcome all the devotees of Lord Rama who are present here and who join this program in a virtual manner, on this occasion. This festival has come at a time when the whole world is battling the corona virus. CM Yogi said that we can organize the event with mutual dialogue and coordination and this whole event is an example of this. But we have to remember, this time we have taken many precautions keeping in mind the global epidemic corona.
