French automobile company Citroen launched the Citroen C3 SUV in the Indian market last week. Its starting ex-showroom price is Rs 5.70 lakh. The company has started pre-booking from July 1. Now the deliveries of this mid-size SUV have started. This SUV is an inspired B-segment hatchback. The company said it will sell in 90 cities across the country through the online platform. It will be delivered directly to the customers’ doorsteps. This is Citroen’s second car in the Indian market. In the Indian market, it will compete with the likes of Hyundai Venue, Tata Punch, Nissan Magnite, Renault Chiger.
Citroen C3 SUV variant prices
Its 1.2 petrol live variant is priced at Rs 5.70 lakh ex-showroom, 1.2 petrol fill variant is priced at Rs 6.62 lakh, 1.2 petrol fill Vibe Pack variant is priced at Rs 6.77 lakh, 1.2 petrol fill dual tone is priced at Rs 6.72 lakh, petrol Rs 1.2 lakh. 6.92 lakh and the 1.2 turbo fill dual tone Vibe pack costs Rs 8.05 lakh. That is, its starting price is lower than the Maruti Swift (Rs 5.92 lakh).

The SUV will get 2 engine options
The Citroen C3 was launched with two engine options. It will be powered by a high-spec 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine and a low-spec-aspirated 1.2-litre petrol engine. The high spec engine model generates 110hp of power and 190Nm of torque. While the low-spec model generates 82hp of power and 115Nm of torque. It will get manual gearbox only. It is mated to a 5-speed and 6-speed transmission.
Features of the Citroen C3 SUV
The Citron C3 black seat fabric comes in four monotone, 6 dual-tone colors from the French automaker. The dashboard features a 10-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support, a digital instrument cluster, manual air conditioning, a four-speaker sound system, front and rear USB charging ports. For safety, it gets dual airbags, rear parking sensors and seatbelt reminder.

Dimensions of the Citroen C3 SUV
Talking about the dimensions of this SUV, it measures 3,981mm in length, 1,733mm in width and 1,586mm in height. It gets dual-tone alloy wheels, four mono-tone and two dual-tone shades with hexagonal air dams, X-shaped faux scuff plates and all-round black cladding. 15 inch steel wheels are added to its wheels. As an option, you get 15-inch dual tone alloy wheels. Tail lights are installed at the back of the car.
