DENSO Industrial Robotics Solutions in Automation 2023

The harmonious interaction of the HSR SCARA and the Beckhoff XPLANAR robot enables real-time synchronization between the robot and the conveyor.

DENSO AUTOMATICA will present its innovations in 2023, including the COBOTTA PRO series, first introduced in 2022, a real-time synchronization application with SCARA HSR robots and Beckhoff XPLANAR and a DENSO Master/Slave with COBOTTA and VMB . Other highlights include ESD and ATEX safety classes and robots suitable for aseptic environments.

Kobota pro

The Kobota Pro 900 and Kobota Pro 1300 open up new possibilities in human-robot collaboration with outstanding TCP speeds of 2100 mm/s and 2500 mm/s, as well as high repeatability and payloads of +- 0.03 mm and +- 0.04 mm . 6 kg and 12 kg. An optional touch-sensitive soft cover with integrated high-sensitivity sensor allows for even greater motion during human-robot collaboration.

Real time synchronization application

The harmonious interaction of the HSR SCARA and the Beckhoff XPLANAR robot enables real-time synchronization between the robot and the conveyor. In combination with the RC9 controller with integrated TWINCat layers, this enables highly complex applications. Beckhoff’s unique magnetic levitation technology complements traditional transportation systems.

DENSO Master/Slave Application

With DENSO’s own Master/Slave function, it is possible to transfer non-associative robot VMBs with COBOTTA’s Direct Teach function. The slave robot’s virtual fence is mirrored to the master robot’s, providing haptic feedback when the operator approaches the virtual fence.

Aids

Both series of ESD-certified robots meet the required limits of IEC 61340-5-1:2016 / ANSI/ESD S20.20:2021, enabling the safe handling of electronic components such as PCB assembly, visual inspection, product and packaging testing It happens. ,

Atex

The robot has been modified to meet the limits required for Zones 2 and 22 in accordance with ATEX Product Directive 2014/34/EU and ATEX Operational Directive 1999/92/EC 21 to ensure explosion safety.

Aseptic environment

The VS-050S2 meets the strict requirements of the pharmaceutical and medical industries and is certified accordingly. Requirements include resistance to cleaning agents (35% hydrogen peroxide jet (dry/wet) to be used in a highly sterile environment, resistance to UV radiation, GMP grade A compliant design, ISO 5 hygiene level / IP protection 65/67 and full Internal wiring included.VI Axis.
