Denver Beer Co. Launches the original DBC Eats food van

Denver Beer Co. regularly parks food vans outside his Platt Street Brasserie, offering drinkers a sponge and beer. But this week, the brewery is unveiling an original restaurant on wheels called DBC Eats, which will be parked on the patio on weekends.

The food truck DBC Eats will sell a menu that the company calls “an affordable, beer-focused fare that includes premium products as well as healthy and vegetarian options,” the company said in a statement. The Mobile Kitchen is an extension of the South Downing Street Kitchen in Denver Beer Co., which serves buffalo cauliflower, green pork and chili fries, chicken wings and bubble peppers. Special beers and tacos will be served in the food van on Fridays.

“We’ve always known the food van is a great addition to the brewery patio and has been part of our customer experience from day one,” said Charlie Berger, co-founder of the brewery, in a statement. “Creating your own culinary program is the natural next step in this process.”
