Last week, we heard rumors that the next console Nintendowhich the media still calls ‘Transfer 2‘ without the official name or code name. Which is shown in the choice of developers of Gamescom 2023. Reports from Eurogamer and VGC suggest that the console will have an enhanced version of the The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, although details on what these improvements include are scarce. Well, the rumor mill continues to run and more details are being shared today.
The latest rumors come from a recent podcast by Nate the Hate where the presenter said that sources told him that the technical demo of Gamescom SHOW OTW running on 4K y 60fps, with the emphasis that “load times have been eliminated.” Again, this does not suggest that the game will launch moving On will be re-released with new hardware, but used to demonstrate the technical improvements of the successor.
There are also claims of using the demo DLSS 3.5technology development artificial intelligence in real time Nvidiaalthough you can “not use the full feature set” of the version 3.5, like making the frame. This is something suggested for a successor to moving On for a few years, although see the more powerful version 3.5 mentioned is indeed an interesting view.
Later in the conversation, the host mentions that a March 2024 date has been mentioned in several conversations he’s had, though he can’t say if it’s a reveal or release date. Rumors earlier this year indicated that the Transfer 2 aim for a launch by the end of 2024, remember.
It is very interesting, no doubt, although it must be explained that, like the original report, it is all based on sources and rumors and Nintendo haven’t confirmed anything yet. Furthermore, if we believe these details, it is important to note that what is supposedly shown in Gamescom This is a technical demo and does not necessarily have the same features as the final console.
