Since the latest update, the Magic Find has a new detail in Diablo Immortal. Some players are sure that the price has changed in general and is now even better than before.
What is that value? Magic Find is a value that you can only increase relatively late in Diablo Immortal. Controversial legendary gems provide magical quests higher than rank 5, otherwise the main source of value is your opponent.
Traditionally in Diablo games, finding magic increases your chances of getting a rare or legendary item and even sets parts.
However, Diablo Immortal has taken a different approach so far. At least the players are sure of this. With update 1.5.2. However, as of June 20, it appears that the way Price works has changed.
What has changed in Magic Find? Since the patch, Magic Find has a different description. When you open your character sheet and select a stat, the information text changes to:
- Before: “Increases your chances of getting high quality items from monsters.”
- Now: “Increases the chance for monsters to drop magic, rare, or legendary items.”
Previous descriptions and tests, for example, of players completing 1,000 innings have confirmed the suspicion that magic quests actually only increase the quality of the items found. So: if a legend will fall anyway, it has better or more values.
However, it is now clear that the fallout prospects for Legendary have indeed increased. It’s unclear whether this also applies to set parts from the dungeon. Fans are still debating whether this is actually a change or just a more accurate formulation (via Reddit).
If you want to increase your magical quest, the best option for you is to upgrade the legendary gems. Since update 1.5.2, this is even easier to do if you use your extinguishing sparks properly. In the video we explain where you can find legendary gems and how they work:

This is still in update: Basically, the update has reduced the pay2win factor, as the more famous symbols can now be obtained without paying for them per week and per month. In addition, new events and actions came into play.

In general, the update has been quite well received, despite discussions about whether or not Magic Find has been improved. The general consensus is this: it doesn’t matter much anyway, because the fallout is so unlikely that it’s hardly noticeable.
