DIF BC renovates public spaces for the benefit of Ensenadenses

ENSENADA.- The DIF Baja California renovated the park and the community development center of the Jalisco neighborhood, in the municipality of Ensenada, and held a large festival there, as part of the celebration of Mexico’s call for independence, which allowed communities to live together.
