A discussion about the final match between Chivas and Tigres ended in tragedy after a man was stabbed and killed in the streets of the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, where the final of the Clausura 2023 tournament was held.
According to the reports of the municipal officials, everything happened after a discussion between the relatives, who were talking about the match for the Liga MX championship and gradually it turned into a fight which ended in an attack. .
The incidents took place in the streets of Alejandro Arango and Florencio del Castillo in the municipality of Guadalajara, where the police had come to review a report of an injured person. Police reached the spot and informed that one person was injured due to knife attack.
The 40-year-old man was helped by Red Cross paramedics, but they were unable to save his life due to injuries to his stomach and back, which were reportedly caused by the victim’s nephew.
For this fact, four people are at the disposal of the authorities and the Jalisco prosecutor’s office started an investigation folder to determine who was responsible.
