The trailer of Ram’s ‘Warrior’ is out. Only one complaint is being heard on this trailer of the film directed by Lingusamy. Background score is very poor according to majority opinion.
Though Devi Sri Prasad has given some good songs for this film, his background score is not as catchy as many say.
His last good work with regards to the background score was Uppena and Pushpa which was related to Sukumar. So, here credit can be given to Sukumar but not to DSP as none of his other films are looking as good.
If the DSP fails to deliver the correct background score, the movie watching experience will be spoiled. The expectations of the audience are huge these days and they are laughing at anything less than outstanding.
If DSP keeps on giving good music only for Sukumar then he can be confined to this camp only like Keerwani is limited to Rajamouli.
While Dil Raju had given his brother’s son’s project to the DSP, he did not use it properly as the result did not reach the public. There is a grapevine that Anil Ravipudi, who initially believed in DSP, is turning to Thaman for Balakrishna’s project.
At this time DSP needs to pay more attention to his work. Especially he needs to take care of the background score of the Rama-Lingusamy film.
The bottom line is that if the movie looks like a trailer, it’s going to be a hassle.
