ANAHEIM-Disney unveiled a new annual pass program for the company’s more ardent Disneyland fans on August 3.
Disneyland officials say the new “Magic Key” program allows for more options and flexibility. The pass also promises more value as it offers four different options for Disneyland and California Adventure.
“Dream Key” will cost $1,399, or $102 monthly for California residents after a down payment of $179, and will allow reservations at one or both theme parks every day of the year. It also offers 20 percent off some merchandise and 15 percent off some food items. Parking is included in the cost.

The “Believe Key” will cost $949, or $65 monthly, for in-state residents after a down payment of $179. This pass offers reservations for most days of the year with a 10 percent discount on merchandise, food, and drinks. Believe Key offers six park reservations at once.
The “Enchant Key” will cost $649, or $40 per month, with a down payment of $179 from out-of-state residents. It offers reservations for select days of the year with a 10 percent discount on merchandise, food, and drinks. Enchant Key offers up to four park reservations at a time.
“Imagine Key” will cost $399, or $19 per month, for Southern California residents after a down payment of $179. The pass offers reservations for select days of the year and is only available to residents of Southern California. The pass offers 10 percent discount on merchandise, food and beverages. Imagine Key offers up to two park reservations at once.
The new “Key” replaces the park’s old annual pass program, which was canceled in January.
If Disney fans purchase a Magic Key Pass within the first 66 days, they’ll receive a “special welcome package” that includes a pin, button, magnet, and other goodies and gives guests exclusive access to Starcade in Tomorrowland starting September 1.
