In the documents, Ariana notes that they have this agreement and mentions, “There are separate assets and obligations for each party as set forth in the parties’ prenuptial agreement.”
After filing for divorce, Gomez responded to that filing almost immediately, revealing in it that the date of separation was February 20, 2023, showing that their relationship actually ended two years ago of marriage.
Through this prenuptial agreement, Ariana agreed to write a check to her ex-partner, but they point out that it will not be an exorbitant amount.
According to sources from the aforementioned media, Ariana and Dalton were very cordial in their divorce process and were careful to ensure that the issues to be resolved were agreed upon before the divorce documents were formally filed, thereby avoiding media scandals.
