The DS49 Subsidy allowing families belonging to up to the most vulnerable 40% of the population to purchase a new or used home no mortgage credit in the rural or urban sector.
The DS49 2023 Subsidy application guide indicates that in order to use the subsidy for the purchase of a used house, it is necessary to find a property with a maximum sales value of 1.300 UF in the regions of Coquimbo, ValparaÃso, Metropolitana, O’Higgins, Maule, Ñuble, BiobÃo, La AraucanÃa, Los RÃos and Los Lagos; or to 1,400 UF in the case of Arica and Parinacota, Tarapacá, Antofagasta, Atacama, Aysén and Magallanes.
