The DS49 2023 Subsidy application guide indicates that in order to use the subsidy for the purchase of a used house, it is necessary to find a property with a maximum sales value of 1.300 UF in the regions of Coquimbo, Valparaíso, Metropolitana, O’Higgins, Maule, Ñuble, Biobío, La Araucanía, Los Ríos and Los Lagos; or to 1,400 UF in the case of Arica and Parinacota, Tarapacá, Antofagasta, Atacama, Aysén and Magallanes.
