Stefan Kutschke and Pascal Testroet net against their ex-clubs! Dynamo Dresden and FC Ingolstadt 04 shared the points in the 3rd division.
Dresden – A dance of the departed! In front of 20,302 fans split up Dynamo Dresden and FC Ingolstadt 04 with 1:1 (1:1). In an orderly despite great staff shortage third division game Stefan Kutschke (2nd) brought SGD into the lead against his former club. With Pascal Testroet (26th), a former crowd favorite of the black and yellow equalized.
Of the injured and battered players, only Paul Will made it, who was also in the starting lineup. If the first eleven looked good despite everything, there were no alternatives on the bench. There were even both reserve goalkeepers, Sven Müller and Niklas Heeger.
Both teams have recently been extremely stable defensively. Therefore, many expected a tough game – and then it was 1-0 for the SGD after 87 seconds.
Patrick Weihrauch won the ball in midfield, defended it well and put it on Jonathan Meier. The left-back crossed from his side into the back of the Ingolstadt defence, where ex-Schanzer Kutschke was standing and pushed the ball into the net against the direction of FCI keeper Marius Funk.
Ex-Dynamo Adrian Fein finally celebrates his first win of the season: crash averted for the time being!
The perfect start for the hosts. But: From this moment on, Upper Bavaria determined the game, had the better system in an intensive and good match for third division conditions and also prevented the Dynamos’ backlash.
That went well for Dresden for a long time. The guest could not earn the big chances – until the 26th minute. Pascal Testroet headed a corner kick, Tim Knipping saved just before the line, but then clenched both fists and celebrated. He missed that millisecond on the second ball. It slipped past him, “Paco” flew into the ball and headed just above the Sod on – 1-1 and the second goal of an ex.
What a rascal Testroet is, he proved again three minutes later. Dynamo keeper Stefan Drljaca ran out of his penalty area after a wide ball and headed the ball away. But this came via detours to Testroet, who shot from 30 meters out of the turn. Drljaca stretched backwards and deflected the ball over the bar. Strong of both!
Ingolstadt was better until the break, the intermediate result after 45 minutes was happy for the SGD after all possibilities.
After the warming tea things turned around. Dresden now played the game, took control of the action and Ingolstadt switched to counterattacking. In the heavy rain that started now, the black and yellow pushed the whites in behind. But it only looked good up to the sixteenth, then the ideas were missing.

Kutschke (67th) had the greatest chance of making it 2-1. He ran into a back pass from Nico Antonitsch, circled Funk, but was pushed too far to the left. “Kutsche” pushed the ball past the far post.
Dresden kept pressing, but didn’t take the absolute risk of running into a counterattack. Dresden still allowed one. Drljaca (86′) made a strong save against Arian Llugiqi, who was free in front of him, and Knipping took the margin off the line. A little later Antonitsch saw yellow-red, but Dresden didn’t use it anymore.
