The mayor’s office of the municipality of Bolivar (Marigitar) in the state of Sucre begins work for a comprehensive rehabilitation of the collector who fell on the main street of Buenos Aires. Actions formulated into public policies to be implemented by the local president, Hector Frontado.
The mayor explained that the works include the replacement of 80 meters of 8-inch linear pipe and are carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of Water (Minaguas) and the Hydrological of the Caribbean (Hydrocaribe).

About 800 families converging on the above community will be favored by these works which will optimize the arrangement of water networks in the locality.
“This important work that we are doing with the support of the national and regional government, has the basic objective of dignifying the quality of life of our families. We are committed to strengthening public services and guaranteeing the safety of our people, said Mayor Hector Frontado.
1×10 focus on good government
He argued that the 1×10 system of good government reacts after the request of the residents through the application of the WayApp technical platform, the recovery of this collector that caused inconvenience in the community.
He indicated that this governmental method implemented by the head of state allowed a timely response to impacts affecting communities. He said that it is conducive to meet the demands of the people and in turn strengthens public management in each area.
“Through this system, our people have the power to report their problems directly and work together to resolve each of the demands of the people,” he said.
He insisted on the “full” integration of communal power in order to move forward in solving problems in each of the areas that make up the jurisdiction.
“Organised popular power has been the guarantor of immediate response to problems affecting the quality of life of people in communities. We have expressed so well that there is no solution without the involvement of community structures, the heads of the Bolivar Chávez Battle Units (UBH), community and street leaders where the job is, Frontado said.

The local president reiterated that these actions would strengthen peace and security, which would translate into a greater state of well-being for the population, in compliance with the 7 strategic lines of action determined by the National Executive.
He said that from the municipality of Bolivar he would respond to the guidelines of the National Executive in guaranteeing the highest possible happiness for the people.
He assured that the application of public policies aimed at strengthening the functioning of basic services as the essential basis for enhancing the quality of life of the families will continue.
“My management will always focus on the execution of plans that go towards strengthening the public services in the municipality, so we will be in compliance with the people who trust us to take over the reins of this municipality one day and ensure the well-being of Make sure those who make life here”, said the mayor.
