jpnn.comJambi – Kamaruddin Simanjuntak, the lawyer for Brigadier J’s family, asked two questions to which Fadil Imran, Chief Inspector General of Metro Jaya Police, had to answer.
According to Kamaruddin, Inspector General Fadil had to first answer the question whether the South Jakarta metro police chief, who was still with Kombes oldie Herdi Susianto at the time, learned that the inspector was fired upon, according to the police version. Whether this was reported to the regional police chief Metro Jaya on Friday (8/7) at General Ferdi Sambo’s house.
“Capolda Metro Jaya will have to answer this. If it is reported, what will he do after receiving the report?” Kamaruddin said after attending the examination of Brigadier J’s family at Jambi Regional Police Headquarters on Saturday (23/7).
The next possibility is also a question for Inspector General Fadil, Kamaruddin said, if the South Jakarta metro police chief does not report the incident to the Metro Jaya police chief.
“Or for example, the reason why the South Jakarta police chief was not informed to the Metro Jaya police chief. This should also be answered (by Inspector General Fadil),” Kamaruddin said.
According to him, this question is one of the irregularities that should be investigated by a special team constituted by the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabovo.
“It (the question) is a matter of consideration for all of us, which has to be evaluated by the police chief, deputy chief of police, Irwasum Polari, Kabreskim, as well as Dirtipidum and Karovasidic of the Police Criminal Investigation Unit,” he said.
Kamaruddin also hopes that it may reveal the physical truth through a re-post-mortem of Brigadier J’s body to be carried out by the National Police Headquarters on Wednesday (27/7).
