American YouTuber Jake Paul acquired a $15,750,000 property from former Puerto Rican baseball player Yadier Molina in the exclusive residential area of The Legacy Dorado Beach East in Dorado, a municipality on Puerto Rico’s north coast.
Located on the oceanfront in Dorado, the 12,087-square-foot (1,124.3-square-meter) residence also has eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, a garage, a swimming pool, and a golf course. along with other features, according to local media reports this Thursday.
Real estate company Zillow details on its website that the home was available for sale through May 3, 2022. At the time, the sale price was $28 million.
However, the cost had nearly halved by the time Paul bought it on Wednesday, Zillow says.
The two-level home features an entertainment area with a pool table, gaming machines, a gym, a study room equipped for business meetings or digital content, an elevator, a wine fridge, and six parking spaces.
The structure also has a bar, a private pool and a covered cabana to protect from the sun, several rooms and a room decorated with a wall that simulates a baseball stadium.
Due to its location, the home has a monthly maintenance fee of $750, which includes access to the Dorado Beach complex’s amenities.
Molina retires from the Major Leagues in 2022 after 19 years as the St. Louis Cardinals’ star catcher.
Since then, he has dedicated himself to managing several teams, including the Navegantes del Magallanes in the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League and later Puerto Rico in the World Baseball Classic.
Paul, meanwhile, is an influencer, YouTube personality and career manager of Puerto Rican boxer Amanda Serrano, whom he helped get her first $1 million contract.
