MIAMI, September 28 (WNN) — Davante Adams, Cooper Kupp, Tyler Lockett, Calvin Ridley and Stephen Diggs top my Week 4 Fantasy Football wide receiver rankings for 2021.
Amari Cooper, Tyreek Hill, Keenan Allen, Cortland Sutton and Robert Woods round out my top 10 picks for Week 4. DJ Moore, Odell Beckham Jr. and Will Fuller are among my other favorite wide receivers to start this week.
Target players who have a good chance of scoring a touchdown and get lots of looks from their respective quarterbacks when considering starting at wide receivers.
Here are some of my favorite players in this week’s rankings:
top shelf
Davante Adams of the Green Bay Packers is tied for the league lead with 25 catches and leads the NFL with 34 goals through week three. He posted the 10th most fantasy points among wide receivers.
Adams is as consistent for his position as he went for a season-high 12 catches for 132 yards and a score in Week 3. They should make an even more impressive showing this week, when the Packers host the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Steelers enter this matchup, giving the wide receiver the sixth most fantasy points. Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow threw three touchdowns to wide receivers against the Steelers defense in Week 3.
Look for Adams to dominate this matchup and catch at least 10 catches for 100 yards and a score. He is my top choice for week 4 and the rest of the season.
Cooper Kupp of the Los Angeles Rams led the NFL with a score of 367 receiving yards and five receiving yards. He scored two touchdowns in each of the Rams’ last two matches. He also averaged 8.3 catches per game and 122.3 receiving yards during the first three weeks.
Kupp, who is second in goal, is No. 2 in my Week 4 wide receivers rankings. The Rams host the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday in Inglewood, Calif. The Cardinals allowed five touchdowns to wide receivers during the first three weeks, tied for the fifth-most in the NFL.
Kupp is a close lock for at least 10 catches and 100 yards. He’s an elite option that should never leave your lineup.
sneaky games
Carolina Panthers wide receiver DJ Moore is another player who should remain in your lineup until further notice.
Moore posted the 11th most fantasy points among wide receivers during the first three weeks. He went for a season-high 126 yards in Week 3.
Look for Moore to continue his hot streak this week when the Panthers face the Dallas Cowboys. That’s my number 13 option and can be used as either a low-end WR1 or a high-end WR2.
Odell Beckham Jr took five catches for 77 yards and another 10 yards in his 2021 debut for the Cleveland Browns last week. The absence of injury to fellow wide receiver Jarvis Landry should see him continue to see an abundance of goals in Brown’s offense.
This week the Browns will face the Minnesota Vikings. The Vikings scored the third most fantasy points allowed wide receivers through three weeks.
I expect Beckham to score at least 10 goals in this matchup. He must also find the last field for his first score of the season. Beckham is number 15 in my ranking.
long shots
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Will Fuller nearly ran into a long touchdown reception in Week 3, but was denied due to a controversial non-call for defensive pass interference. The Dolphins host the Indianapolis Colts in Week 4.
Watch Dolphins quarterback Jacoby Brissette to continue to look like Fuller, especially on deeper attempts. Fuller caught three of his six goals in his 2021 debut for the Dolphins in Week 3. He should see at least eight goals this week.
The Colts are tied for the most touchdowns allowed to wide receivers, with seven surrendered through three weeks. I expect Fuller to find the final field for a big game in this matchup at Miami Gardens, Fla., on Sunday. That is my number 34 option.
