WWE realizes they have a lot to offer with Dominik Mysterio. He’s getting some of the best heel reactions in the entire company and it looks like 2024 is going to be another big year for Dirty Dom.
Kevin Owens is a veteran of the business and it appears that WWE wants to pair him with Dominik Mysterio for a long fight between the two. These two things may not collide this year, but the start of 2024 is just a few months away.
BWE published in X to reveal that WWE is making this fight as preparation for Dominik Mysterio to potentially take the next step in the career of the son of the “Master of 619.” However, it hasn’t been confirmed exactly when we’ll see this fight.
WWE Rumors Insider revealed that WWE has “big plans” for Dominik Mysterio and Kevin Owens in 2024. With WWE having plenty of things to build on in 2024, the possibilities seem endless for these two.
Kevin Owens stated a few months ago that he only had about a year and a half left on this contract with WWE. Kevin also said he wasn’t sure what was next for him.
We’ll have to wait and see what Kevin Owens does next, but it looks like he’s mixing it up with Dominik Mysterio in the meantime. This should be a good match, possibly even a WrestleMania-worthy match.
Owens and Mysterio have crossed paths several times
Kevin Owens and Dominik Mysterio have wrestled in several matches in WWE, both individually and as a pair. One of the most memorable matches was the 2023 Payback event, where Owens attacked Mysterio with a stunner. In this match, Owens showed his more violent side, attacking Mysterio hard and mercilessly.
Another notable match took place on the July 17, 2023 episode of Raw, where Owens and his partner Sami Zayn faced Mysterio and Damian Priest. In this fight, Mysterio and Priest managed to emerge victorious.
