What subsidy is used to buy a used house?
Apartment rental
He Apartment leasing allowed to buy new or used houses from up to 2,000UF and 2,200UF in the extreme northern and southern regions (Arica and Parinacota regions, Antofagasta, Atacama, Aysén, Magallanes, Chiloé province) they indicate on the Minvu website.

With the DS1 funding, families who do not own their own home can purchase a new or used apartment or house. up to 2,200 or 2,600 UF.

The first application period for this service took place last April and it has not yet been announced when the second application would take place this year.

The DS49 subsidy allows families who are among the most vulnerable 40% of the population to purchase a new or used home without a mortgage loanin the rural or urban sector.
The DS49 2023 funding application guide indicates that in order to apply for funding to purchase a used house, a property must be found with a maximum sales value of 1,300UF in the regions of Coquimbo, ValparaÃso, Metropolitana, O’Higgins, Maule, Ñuble, BiobÃo, La AraucanÃa, Los RÃos and Los Lagos; Or from 1,400UF in the case of Arica and Parinacota, Tarapacá, Antofagasta, Atacama, Aysén and Magallanes.
