Florida: Woman hits her husband on the head with a cement rock outside an ice cream parlor in Miami Lakes

A South Florida woman was arrested after she confronted her husband outside an ice cream parlor and struck him over the head with a cement rock, authorities said.

The assault was reported Friday outside Cold Stone Creamery located at 6723 Main St. in Miami Lakes.

According to the Miami-Dade police arrest report, Sirita Wilson, 42, and her husband have been married for nine months and have no children.

Police said Wilson had gone to the ice cream parlor to demand money for the rent of her house, where her husband was the manager on duty at the time.

Police said the victim handed over her debit card, but then an argument broke out between the newlyweds over infidelity.
