“I’ve been really happy as a member of BTS for the past ten years,” band leader RM wrote on social network Weverse on Sunday.

For his part, V, 27, made a broadcast the other day on Weverse where he said that he is excited and sure that he will learn things during his service.

They asked fans not to visit military bases

As usual since BTS members began their military service, the artists and their agency, Big Hit Music, have asked fans not to visit military bases on the day they are recruited.

There will be no official events on the day they enter the military bases, according to Big Hit Music, which advises fans to avoid visiting those places to avoid possible crowds. Three other BTS members have already completed their mandatory services.

Jin, the first to enlist in December 2022, and J-Hope are serving in the military, while Suga is working as a social worker as a substitute benefit apparently for a serious shoulder problem.

Military service is mandatory for all able-bodied men of legal age in South Korea and the shortest service, that of the land army, lasts about 18 months.

Who is BTS?

BTS is a South Korean boy band, consisting of seven members (Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook).
