After the accident of the firm in 2022, more than a dozen victims filed a civil lawsuit against the Zoe Global University and the three alleged promoters, Pablo, Matías and Agustín Monteleone, with alleged residence in Florida. Claimants claimed to have invested thousands of dollars under the promise of “exorbitant” returns.
As a result, the court ordered USD 847,159 plus interest (about 176 million pesos) to be paid to the defendants and to compensate their victims, and at the same time ordered an injunction against the defendants, because they are unable to pay. for compensation.
