A few days ago, Twitter said nothing else: Gwyneth Paltrow is facing a civil and public process where she is being tried for the alleged accident at the Deer Valley Ski Resort, in Park City, Utah, in 2016. Terry Sanderson, a 69-year-old doctor who met the celebrity on the bridge, is now suing for $300,000 after he claims he knocked him unconscious.
According to Sanderson, he suffered “permanent traumatic brain injury, leaving him with four broken ribs, pain, depression, loss of enjoyment of life, emotional distress and disfigurement.” Paltrow is in denial and says the story is over. All he is asking for is a dollar, following in the footsteps of Taylor Swift, who in 2017 demanded this symbolic amount in a case of sexual abuse.
Meanwhile, the trial has already left moments that have gone viral, thanks in part to Mr. Sanderson, the defense attorney, who took part, among other things, in the friendship between Paltrow and Quick.

This content can also be considered from the situation that arises.
But these moments were not the only things that transcend judgment. Paltrow decided to make a tool to send the right messages. And brands have become part of the intellectual minimalism of the 90s, such as Prada, but also the old Céline, led by Phoebe Philone. These two classic brands are joined by others from the new century, such as Row, Proenza Schouler or the company’s own brand, G. Label. Because self-promotion never hurts, it’s not even something you despise when you’re a healthy guru like Paltrow.
Day 1
On April 21, Paltrow came to the courtroom in Park City, Utah with a detailed and effective speech. Without giving up luxury (which he could not), he managed to convey a smart and confident figure. In other words: merino wool and small jewelry are synonymous with innocent.
The actress is aware that each of their looks will be analyzed and that this trial will be as mediatic as Amber Heard and Johnny Depp. And besides, probably, it will be imprinted on our imagination, like the con- artist Anna Delvey, or the emblematic Winona Ryder or Naomi Campbell.
