In this sense, Perugino raised his voice to “call on the Medical Association to stop the registration and the Prosecutor’s Office to accelerate the steps because this case must be raised to oral judgment.”
“Clementi must be arrested, because it is the only way to stop the abuse. This would also be a message for society: it cannot be that, after such a terrible cause, a person continues his normal life as if nothing happened” , said the lawyer, summarizing: “This person spent 20 years sexually assaulting women. This represents a judicial reform in our country.”
As published by Télam, “Clementi has already been investigated for six facts and now two facts have been added that are in full process” and it is clarified that “in the Provincial Code of Criminal Procedure the appeal in 308 – in reference to an article that control the investigation – implies prosecution”.
