“Harold” floods Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas

The Tormenta Tropical “Harold” caused flooding in main streets and flooding in neighborhoods Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, and once it reached land, it was downgraded to a tropical depression.

The rain lasted an hour and twenty minutes, but was enough to cover the main roads and low areas up to 60 centimeters in height.
