Harry Kane sets a goal record in Bayern’s win against Heidenheim

With 17 goals in 11 games, Harry Kane distances himself even further from the top of the top scorer table and sets a new record Bundesliga. Nobody before him had scored so many goals in the first eleven days of the championship. Beat the 16 goals Robert Lewandowski achieved, also for them Bavariain 2019-2020.

But Raphaël Guerreiro escaped Bayern’s embarrassment two minutes later with his first goal for the Bayern powerhouse (on the rebound after Müller parried Choupo-Moting’s first attempt) and Choupo-Moting secured the win in the 85th minute thanks to one Pass from his substitute teammate Mathys Tel.

With Bayern’s ninth win in eleven games, the team is one point ahead Bayer Leverkusenwho can return to the top on Sunday with a victory over Union Berlin.

Also on Saturday, Darmstadt drew 0-0 against Mainz and Augsburg drew 1-1 against Hoffenheim. The latter had to be briefly suspended in the second half after a spectator was injured by pyrotechnics.
