Colombians crying out for health system on the brink of reform must be heard by the government

Between 23 and 30 January, several citizens answered 21 questions that sought to identify everything that could have become an input for the Bill, which is what it should have been.

The polling firm was Invamar (it conducted 2,704 surveys) and these are some of the results of the investigation, which is already presented as one of the largest in the country and will be institutionalized to be implemented every year.
1. 46% people are from contributory governance. On the coast, the subsidy share is more than 70%.
2. Among contributors, 68% contributors, 32% beneficiaries.
3. EPS is at 20%, followed by Sura at 9%, Total Health at the same percentage and Sanitas at 6%.
4. Colombians have a perception of health services. 34% answered 4 and 5.
5. 83% say it is a strength that the state pays for healthcare. 14% believe it is a weakness. 49% said the biggest problem was hiring.
Data from the survey application: 104 municipalities, 21 capitals, 20% of the population was rural. 80 people took 2,704 in-person surveys, so the margin of error is also the narrowest: 1.88%.
