Minister of University Education, Sandra Oblitas, in the framework of the IV joint graduation with educational missions, national experimental universities and the Territorial Polytechnic of Greater Caracas, pointed out that of the 3,005 workers nationally certified their knowledge, of which only 69 Mission Robinson certification compliant.

The minister concluded, “These certificates represent, on the one hand, the commitment of our employees to contribute to work institutions, but also recognition of the Venezuelan state through its universities.”
