“His movies are rubbish and nobody will remember him.” Stephen Dorff criticizes Marvel and mocks their new version of ‘Blade’

actor Stephen Dorff He is to be thanked for bringing life to Deacon Frost in the successful film ‘Blade’ starring wesley snipes in 1998. However, recently he has drawn more attention for his statements, such as when he said he was ashamed Scarlett Johansson and that the ‘Black Widow’ seemed rubbish to him, only to admit it shortly afterwards”i was talking nonsense,

,This other nonsense is just embarrassing.”

Now Dorff has once again hit out at Marvel, as he believes that most of the movies made in recent years have been a “shameful garbage“, taking advantage of the incident to poke fun in The Daily Beast of the new version of ‘Blade’ that the studio is preparing Mahershala Ali instead of snips:

If only comic book movies were more like when I started, when we did ‘Blade’, or some that have been good over the years, like when Nolan made ‘The Dark Knight’ and Tim Burton made ‘Batman’ recreated, which is obviously a genius… when they were interesting, like when Norrington did Blade, and Guillermo [del Toro] He was wasting his time on that. But all this other crap is just embarrassing, you know what I mean? God bless them, they make a lot of money, but their movies are rubbish. And no one will remember him. No one is going to remember ‘Black Adam’ at the end of the day. I hadn’t even seen the movie, it looked terrible. Marvel is used to me criticizing them. How are you doing with that PG Blade movie that didn’t get a director? Because whoever goes there will laugh at everyone, because we’ve done it before and we did it the best. There’s no Steve Norrington.

for now, It’s quite clear that Dorff speaks little to talk, since he mentions ‘Black Adam’ without seeing it, and also gives the impression that he believes it to be a Marvel movie when in fact it is part of the DC Extended Universe. The other option is that he got the title wrong and was actually talking about ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ which was recently nominated for 5 Oscars…

having said that, Let’s see if he is not proved right with the new edition of ‘Blade’Well, they faced several problems at Marvel which forced them to alter their release schedule. We’ll have to see if all the changes made since then help make the film worthwhile, but I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s some truth to the fact that they’ve done their best…
