New Delhi The havoc of the corona virus is not stopping, due to which the number of people who lost their lives is also increasing continuously. Patients are being kept in isolation when the corona is infected, preventing spread. Forward player of Indian women’s hockey team, Navjot Kaur, who returned from beating Corona transition, has made a big statement.
Navjot Kaur says that it was very challenging for her to stay in isolation for two weeks. Apart from Navjot, on April 26, the other six players of the women’s hockey team, including captain Rani Rampal, were found to be Corona positive. These players were living in isolation in the hostel rooms of Sports Authority of India (Sai) here.
After getting healthy after almost two weeks, these players started training from today. However Navjot said that it is very pleasant for him to get back on the field after getting healthy.
Navjot said, “It was very sad when we heard that our corona results were positive. Our biggest concern was how we got infected despite following the protocol. I had very mild symptoms, but for two weeks Living in Isolation was quite a challenge. “
He said, “Today we had a very light session and it is a very pleasant experience for me to be back on the field. Since there were no symptoms in me, I made basic movements to maintain fitness. Navjot said,” We did not want to That will shock our confidence.
This time is difficult for all athletes who are training for the Olympic Games, but it is important to keep your focus on your goals. He said, “We are grateful to Hockey India and Sai, who took good care of us while in isolation. There is a great need for support at such times. Now our focus is on improving our fitness level.”
