A 34-year-old man was kidnapped, injured and rescued from his home in Levis late Sunday.
Emergency services were informed of the incident around 10:50 am, which took place in a residence on Boulevard Guillaume-Couture on the eastern edge of the city near Beaumont.

According to initial information, two hooded suspects significantly injured a citizen in the head. He was admitted to the hospital, but his condition is not life-threatening. He was also sent to the hospital on Monday.
