The Voice season 23 is just around the corner. The new edition of the song opens tonight with great expectations around it: the debut of two fresh faces as coaches, the departure of the original coach and the return of the undefeated champion. Two new superstars will join Kelly Clarkson to take on Blake Shelton in his final season on the show.

But those are not the only changes that are coming. The format has changed quite a bit since last season when Camila Cabello, Gwen Stefani, and John Legend sat in the red chairs. How do Blind Auditions work?
As always, the iconic blind auditions will be the first stage. The celebrities will sit in their large swivel chairs with their backs to the stage and face to face with the audience. Experts listen carefully to every performance of every artist on stage, and they will only be able to impress themselves vocally if they like what they hear and if they can work with the artist.
If the coach likes what they hear, they press a red button on the chair, indicating that they want a participant on the team, turn around and face the artist before the song stops. The battle is not the end of the road. Each judge has their own tactics to save an artist from elimination who they feel does not deserve to go home. The main tool is to steal. A participant not selected to advance to the next round will be available in a short time for another coach to “steal” and increase the team. Although after season 14 it is possible to use the save (Save) which allows the coach to save two singers of the marriage.

How do voice knockouts work?

The two artists will be equal, only one can win, but the coaches will also have a steal of the competition this season. This is the playoffs
The press release revealed that the Playoffs would return, but that it would no longer be the artists’ first experience against live galas.
