Here’s how to check recipients of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) for Transfer of Fuel Subsidies or BLT BBM, which started disbursing today, Thursday (1/9/2022).
People registered as Beneficiary Family (KPM) will get BLT BBM worth Rs 600 thousand.
The delivery of the BLT BBM was marked by a direct handing over of aid by President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) in Papua on Wednesday (31/8/2022).
“Today we have started distributing BLT BBM which is given to the community for four months, Rp 150,000 per month, total Rp 600,000, and twice as much,” the president said after handing over the direct cash assistance. The President said that this assistance will be given to about 20.6 million Beneficiary Families (KPMs) and is expected to maintain the purchasing power of the people.
“So that people’s purchasing power, public consumption is better,” he said.
Then, Faisal R. Jomadi, President of PT POS Indonesia, said that the BLT BBM will be distributed in three ways.
Firstly, pick it up at the nearest post office for the beneficiaries living within a radius of about 500 meters from the post office.
Second, channeling through communities like RT/RW, Kellurahan and sub-districts.
Third, it is delivered directly to every home for people with disabilities, parents and residents living in the 3T (front, disadvantaged, outermost) area.
