The Valencia City Council, in collaboration with the Valencia Chamber of Commerce, is launching a total of 28,700 VLC 2023 trade vouchers. As highlighted by the Councilor for Commerce and Markets, Santiago Ballester, this is an initiative promoted jointly by the Municipal Government and the Chamber of Valencia, “with the aim of promoting the revival of economic activity in the city and the To promote retail.” . The campaign will see the circulation of bonds with a face value of 100 euros, of which 50 euros will be donated by citizens and 50 euros will be a direct donation from the Valencia City Council. According to the call rules, the value of the discount is 50% of the trading bonus amount. This means that 27,800 bonds will be put into circulation (this corresponds to a total amount of €1,390,000; the rest is considered administrative expenses).
These bonuses can be claimed by consumers over the age of 16 for a maximum of one voucher per registered DNI for purchases from participating companies. To take part in the promotion, from October 12th, anyone interested must register on the website www.bonocomerciovlc.com activated by Cámara Valencia and pay half of the price of the desired voucher by bank card. Purchases can be made from the 2nd of the next month to November 30th.
Each voucher must be linked to a DNI or NIE. The format of the bonus is carried out through the issuance of cards by the bank with which Cámara Valencia signs the contract agreement in which the amount of the bonus that the consumer acquires is entered. A list of participating businesses will be published on the campaign website. Each institution also receives a badge that identifies it as a participant.
