This is how you mute before sending a video to WhatsApp
You need to update your WhatsApp first to use this feature.
To do this, go to the Google Play app and search for WhatsApp. If the update option is visible here, click on it.
Now open WhatsApp and open the chat you want to send the video.

Now tap on the attachment icon at the bottom, then go to the Gallery option.
Select the video you want to send from here.
Now you will see the mute icon at the top just before the video is sent. Tap on it.
Finally, tap the Send button. This way the video will play silently.
