step 1: Open Google Chrome on your PC/Laptop and click on the Settings icon in the top right corner.

step 3: Now, tap on any of the tabs you see offline switch.
step 4: Here, select the option ‘Enable offline mail’.
Step 5: Once you follow all the steps, Gmail will show you a few more options to change the settings of offline Gmail. In the newly available settings, you can choose how many days Gmail will store your email offline. You can choose between 7, 30 or 90 days.
Step 6: After selecting the days, you need to take an important security step. You have to choose whether you want to keep offline data on your computer or remove offline data from computer after logging out of Google Account. Depending on your preference, select one of the options and tap on Save Changes.
Step 7: Once you hit the Save Changes button Gmail will start storing all your emails on your desktop for the selected number of days. You have to bookmark it to access it when you don’t have internet. For that, once the syncing is done, press Ctrl+D and then hit Done on the pop-up that comes up.
Now you will be able to read email on Gmail without internet. You just need to open the Bookmarks section and click on Saved Bookmarks and all your emails will be visible to you even without internet.
Obviously, you cannot send or receive new emails when Gmail is offline or there is no internet connectivity, but at least this way, you can access and read old emails in case of urgency.
