Hyundai Alcazar: The new 7-seat SUV will be launched today

Hyundai, South Korea’s top carmaker, is set to launch the first three-tier SUV Alcazar in India today. The SUV will be offered in both 6-seater and 7-seater formats. The company recently released a picture of this SEV. Features and other details of this SUV have been released before launch.

The company says 75.6% high-strength steel has been used in the construction of the new Alcazar, which makes it extremely strong. This SUV will be offered with both petrol and diesel options. Its petrol variant has a 2.0-liter engine that generates 159PS of power and 192Nm of torque.

In addition, the diesel variant uses a 1.5-liter engine that generates 115PS of power and 250Nm of torque. This engine has 6 speed manual and automatic torque converter automatic gearbox. This SUV is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in just 10 seconds.

The Hyundai Alcazar is offered with a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system that can be connected to Android Auto and Apple Car Play. The SUV will be delivered in a total of 18 trims. However, it is difficult to say anything about the price of this SEV before launch. However, experts believe that the base variant could be priced at Rs 11.56 lakh and the top variant at Rs 20.99 lakh. This SEV will be offered in a total of 6 colors, including Typhoon Silver, Titan Gray, Tiga Brown, Starry Night, Phantom Black, Polar White. The interior is decorated with cognac brown shades.
