I hated the way fillers gave me ‘duck lips’ – I’m embarrassed looking at old pictures, says Towie’s Demi Sims

TOWIE’S Demi Sims has revealed that she hated the way her fillers gave her “duck lips” and said she is embarrassed to look at old pictures after getting them dissolved.

The 25-year-old reality star said she was thrilled with the results of her new lips and admitted getting her fillers dissolved was the “best thing she’s ever done”.

The Essex beauty, who attended Molly-Mae’s PLT catwalk, proudly showed off her stunning new look and said that “natural is the way forward”.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Demi said: “I’m so happy I’ve had my lips dissolved.

“I was waiting over a year for them to dissolve naturally and they weren’t dissolving so I had to get them physically dissolved and it’s the best thing I’ve done, no more duck lips.”

The TV babe admitted that she’s left cringing when she looks at old photos before the fillers were removed and said that she regrets getting them done in the first place.

“I look back at my pictures now and I just think what was I doing,” Demi continued.

“I just think more natural looking is the way forward.”

The TV favorite also revealed that she’s “gutted” that filming for the ITVBe reality show has been postponed until the summer – but said that there will be plenty of drama when it finally returns.

“Towie’s not on until the summer now, I am a bit gutted that we’ve had eight months off but when it comes back it will come back with a bang, it’s going to be better than ever,” Demi teased.

Demi stepped out on Wednesday evening looking chic in a corset style top, chunky boots and a windbreaker jacket.

The reality star, who has been open about her experiences with vitiligo, praised the collection for being inclusive.

“I thought it was so inclusive it was amazing, I’ve got vitiligo and I saw a girl with vitiligo on her face, made me feel it warmed my heart to see that,” Demi said.

“I just thought it was absolutely amazing and they’ve just done a brilliant job with the collection and including everyone in it.

“I think they’re amazing, they’ve smashed it, they’ve done a lot and it showed.”

GETTING LIPPY

Demi decided to change her look just before Christmas as she becomes the latest celebrity to embrace the more natural look.

Speaking about her new look, Demi told her followers: “So I’ve had all of my lip filler dissolved, I haven’t had my lips done for a year and half because I was waiting for them to dissolve naturally but it was taking ages!

“So I decided to get them dissolved and now these are my natural lips. I’m so happy.”

Demi explained: “It takes one week to dissolve fully but I saw the results after 24hrs, my lips had been stretched and like anything on your body if it was stretched it would end up a bit loose after losing its volume, so I had to get the tiniest bit put back in to fill out the wrinkles, but I absolutely love them!

“They’re way more natural than before.”

Her more natural appearance comes after Bobby Norris, Molly-Mae Hague and Georgia Harrison all had their fillers dissolved.
