Borrell encourages Cuba to strengthen ties with the EU
The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs, Josep Borrell, this Thursday urged Cuba to strengthen ties with Brussels, in the framework of the consequences that were generated after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
