I will always stand against regimes that violate human rights

President Gabriel Boric met with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky at the United Nations headquarters in the United States as part of the meeting 78th UN General Assembly.

“The war that Ukraine has been suffering from for more than a year is unacceptable. As president I will always oppose regimes that violate human rights and attack the self-determination of peoples“, he wrote on his X account.

Boric also added that Volodymyr Zelensky will always “count on our government.” called upon to put an end to this unjust aggression“.

Meanwhile, Zelensky expressed his gratitude to Chile for its support for Ukraine condemn Russia’s aggression at the UN General Assembly.

The Ukrainian leader also mentioned Ukraine’s interest in strengthening relations with Latin American countries and They discussed the possibility of organizing a summit between Ukraine and Latin America.
