SAN ANTONIO — Brandon Vazquez Munoz, 17, is about to graduate from Johnson High School and has already planned his future: He’ll study at prestigious Cornell University in New York without paying a dime.

“I want to go to places like Mexico, for example, and help bring that technology to the areas where it’s needed. I have a lot of cousins who are there and they don’t even have a computer at home.” is… I want to use my power to help,” said Vazquez Muñoz.
