“I’m still shocked”: the driver who was hit by Pablo Mackenna broke the silence

In mid-August, Pablo Mackenna was involved in a major traffic accident when he collided with a taxi driver in Las Condes while driving drunk, marking 1.27 grams of alcohol per liter of blood in an alcohol test.

The affected driver, José Miguel Pino, 61, was left with minor injuries and extensive material damage. After a few days, Mackenna was placed under house arrest in a special clinic for rehabilitation.

This is the fourth time Mackenna has been involved in the incident. In a conversation with LUN, the affected person gave his testimony to the media for the first time. “I immediately lost consciousness. I woke up to the fire siren when they let me out of the car. “I’m still shocked by what happened,” he began to explain.

Still affected

Although more than a month has passed since the accident, José Miguel Pino continues to feel the effects of the impact. “According to the medical results, I had no bone injuries, only bruises and internal injuries. Most of the blow came from the airbag that hit me in the center of the chest,” he commented.

“I still feel the pain in my chest and I can’t lift weights or do physical exertion,” added the 61-year-old man.

“I was affected psychologically, it came to the point that I cried because of all this. When I went to the clinic to process my license, I was scared, holding the handle of the car, all I wanted was to get there quickly and not have another accident. ” In addition, José Miguel added that the writer at no time provided assistance.
