OpenAI plans to open an office in Ireland and make a number of staff hires to prepare for future regulation of artificial intelligence in the European Union.

- Head of Policy and Partnerships for Global Affairs;
- Privacy Program Manager;
- Software developer specializing in personal data protection;
- Head of media relations.
