Smack down: We had a great episode of WWE SmackDown this week. The Rock made a shocking comeback on this episode of SmackDown. Apart from that, a new twist was emerging in the story of The Bloodline. In addition, there was a brawl between Roman Reigns and John Cena’s brothers in the main event. Without further ado, let’s take a look at this week’s WWE SmackDown results.
Pat McAfee’s segment at the start of WWE SmackDown
Pat McAfee has returned after a long time. Pat McAfee said that his job is only an hour away from the arena and therefore he can return to SmackDown. Soon after, Austin Theory interrupted the segment and claimed it for his own show. In response, Pat McAfee said that this was the people’s show. Immediately afterwards, The Rock’s shocking return was seen and the fans in the arena gave him an enthusiastic welcome. Afterwards, The Rock addressed Austin’s theory and a war of words ensued regarding his theory. Afterwards, fans started chanting and insulting Austin Theory. When Austin Theory tried to attack The Rock, The Rock defended himself and gave Theory a spinebuster and a people’s elbow. Afterwards, Pat McAfee gave Austin Theory a People’s Elbow after kicking him. Soon, The Rock and Pat McAfee were seen hugging each other.
Finn Balor vs AJ Styles on WWE Raw
-Earlier in the match, Damian Priest distracted AJ Styles and Finn Balor took advantage and attacked AJ. Soon, AJ Styles returned to the match by delivering a backbreaker to Finn Balor. This match featured heavy interference from Damian Priest and Dominic Mysterio, and the referee got fed up with it and sent both of them backstage. AJ Styles wanted to win the Styles Clash against Finn Balor in the end, but was distracted by Jimmy Uso. Finn Balor took advantage of this and won the match by pinning AJ Styles.
Result: Finn Balor defeated AJ Styles.
– The Rock met John Cena backstage and the two legends were seen hugging.
Finn Balor was talking to Jimmy Uso backstage about Jey Uso joining Judgment Day and he offered Jimmy to join Judgment Day. Paul Heyman listened carefully to these two superstars and went to meet Jimmy Uso.
US Champion Rey Mysterio and LWO segment in WWE SmackDown
– Rey Mysterio said in a promo that thanks to LWO he was able to come out of difficult times and become US Champion today. Rey Mysterio also called LWO his family. Santos Escobar expressed his desire for a title shot against Rey Mysterio and Mysterio accepted. Soon Bobby Lashley & The Street Profits arrived and Bobby Lashley mocked LWO. Afterwards, Joaquin Wilde and Cruz del Toro challenged Street Profits to a tag team match.
LWO vs Street Profits on WWE SmackDown
– This match didn’t last long and LWO couldn’t keep up with Street Profits in this tag team match. In the end, The Street Profits won the match by performing the Revelation Move on Joaquin Wilde after Cruz del Toro was knocked out of the ring. After the match, the Street Profits attacked LWO at the behest of Bobby Lashley. Soon Bobby Lashley joined and attacked Santos Escobar, and the Street Profits attacked Rey Mysterio.
Result: Street Profits defeated LWO.
The Miz vs. LA Knight on WWE SmackDown
– LA Knight faces The Miz in a Payback rematch. This match saw a huge battle between LA Knight and The Miz and both tried their best to defeat each other. At the same time, LA Knight ended up throwing The Miz into the ropes and giving him a stun gun. LA Knight then won the match by pinning The Miz with a BFT move. When LA Knight talked about winning the championship after the match, he said that it didn’t matter to him whether it was Rey Mysterio, Gunther, Seth Rollins or Roman Reigns. With this, LA Knight declared themselves number one.
Result: The Miz was defeated by LA Knight.

Bayley vs. Oska on WWE SmackDown
– Bailey’s singles match against Oska was seen. During this match, Bayley posed a tough challenge to Oska and Bayley not only saved herself from Oska’s submission move but also successfully managed to throw out her big move. In the final moments of this match, Bayley Oska dominated. But then Shotzi came and distracted Bayley. Oska took advantage of this and won the match by pinning Bayley with a backslide move.
Result: Oska defeated Bayley.
– WWE has announced the WWE Women’s Championship match Oska vs. Iyo Sky and the Street Profits tag team match vs. Rey Mysterio and Santos Escobar for next week.
John Cena appeared on the Grayson Waller Effect Show in the main event of WWE SmackDown
– Grayson Waller welcomes John Cena to his show. Grayson Waller claimed that John Cena no longer wants to work as an in-ring competitor. Grayson Waller said John Cena is no longer the same after his loss to Austin Theory at WrestleMania 39. Soon John Cena takes off his shirt. Afterwards, Jimmy Uso entered the arena and said that no one wants to see John Cena here. Afterwards, Solo Sequoia and Paul Heyman also came there. Solo Sequoia chokes Jimmy Uso after stalking John Cena. But soon Solo Sequoia superkicked John Cena and he, along with Jimmy Uso, launched a dangerous attack on Cena. After that, AJ Styles came there to save John Cena and together with Cena he attacked the heel stars. John Cena finally got Jimmy Uso in position to give him the Attitude Adjustment, but at the behest of Paul Heyman, Solo Sequoia pulled Jimmy Uso out of the ring.
