Police wants to interrogate Disha Ravi sitting face to face with other accused in the toolkit case. Today, Delhi Police has interrogated lawyer Nikita Jacob and engineer Shantanu Muluk. The official said, “Jacob and Muluk were given notices to join the investigation and they are currently being questioned regarding their alleged role in the toolkit case.”
The Additional Public Prosecutor (APP), who appeared in the court on behalf of the Delhi Police, claimed that in the interrogation, Disha shifted all the charges against her to the other accused Nikita Jacob and Shantanu Muluk. Shantanu and Nikita appeared before the Delhi Police on Monday in connection with the case.
The prosecutor side told the court, “I have to sit face to face with the other accused, Nikita and Shantanu. He came to Delhi today (Monday) morning. ” The APP said, “Nikita’s transit bail is seven days from the end of three weeks and Shantanu’s ten days. Those two accused have been given protection so we are helpless here. ”
He said, “There were 60-70 more people who attended the meeting on Zoom. We are investigating the matter and we also need cyber experts to investigate it. We cannot ignore the evidence until we interrogate him. “
