Based on the BMW M4 Competition, one of the most radical faces today in the Bavarian firm’s stable fleet, BMW Italia has joined forces with the Alcantara firm to create a special edition. We are ahead of the tribute and celebration for 50 years of the famous M Division. Its official name: BMW M4 Competition Milano.
Let’s remember that the BMW M Division is a kind of living legend within the automotive industry. Engineers, developers and drivers: all hands on board to take BMWs and increase their development in both power and handling. That is why the BMW M has its own standard: blue, blue, red.

But the tribute is not for sale, but for exhibition. From the outside, this sports car is dressed in “Sao Paulo yellow”, the Alcantara inside – without accent, since it is an Italian firm – is down to work and has given Racing its best flair. The entire cabin is designed to blend Italian style with sportsmanship. As you can see in the pictures, it is a special creation.
Alcantara designers used a precise, highly resistant, sustainable fabric. Mostly in black, with “Sao Paulo Yellow” detailing on the exterior, the cabin matches the classic red and light blue envelopes of the M Division, on the head, a special trim with the new BMW logo is a reminder of its sporty flair.
On the door panels, you can see the Milan skyline and the name of the city. As we said before, the Alcantara textile firm is based in that city, which is very typical of the Italian style.
From BMW Italy they have declared that they also have something with the rich history of the M1 Division, the first M1, homologated on the road, was born from the style and creativity of Giorgio Giugiaro. GG, a famous car designer who worked with BMW, Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Volkswagen.
