Former India captain MS Dhoni joined Team India members moments after T20I’s second match at Edgbaston Cricket Ground, where he spoke to young members like Ishan Kishan and others. Some photos, which are shared by BCCI, are quickly going viral as they show Mahi talking to youngsters inside the locker room.

“Always all ears when the great MS Dhoni speaks,” BCCI said in a tweet.
Dhoni is currently in England, where he recently celebrated his 41st birthday, where Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant was also present. He was also seen watching Wimbledon matches in London on Wednesday. On social media, many former and current cricketers led the birthday wishes for “Captain Cool”.
Meanwhile, it appears Dhoni spoke to Indian cricketers after they beat England and sealed the series 2-0. Under Rohit Sharma, India recorded yet another victory by beating England by 49 runs to seal the three-match series 2-0.
On the ball, the new found pace of Bhuvneshwar Kumar (3/15) in the powerplay overs was superbly complemented by the deft duo of Jasprit Bumrah (2/10) and Yuzevndra Chahal (2/10) as England’s innings imploded by a scant 121 in 17 overs. If India’s hit was very good in both games, the bowling was simply excellent with total dominance in powerplays.

Since he became full-time captain, the Indian team has yet to lose a match under his command. There have been three cleanups – New Zealand (3-0), West Indies (3-0), Sri Lanka (3-0) and a fourth against England in the current looks imminent. With three months left until the T20 Worlds, the XI in play on Saturday provided a glimpse into what batting order could be and its philosophy going forward.
The elevation of Rishabh Pant (26 of 15) as an opener alongside Captain Rohit (31 of 20) is a welcome move where the team would at least not be erring on the caution side of powerplay overs. Between the pair, they hit seven fours and three sixes in the first six overs, an approach that was lacking in the last T20 World Cup.
